SESSION 2: HOW TO CONDUCT A PROPER COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

Ask your average recruiter or owner who their competitors are and how they stack up, and you’ll likely get blank stare, or if they do know who their actual competitors are, they have no idea how good those competitors really are and how they differentiate themselves.

No successful CEO would ever roll into 2022 without extensive knowledge of their competitors strengths and weaknesses, and the same applies to us. None of us operate in a vacuum, and if you’re even half-ways successful in your niche, I guarantee you someone has done a competitive analysis on you. Going into 2022 with zero intimate knowledge of your hungry competitors who want to eat YOUR lunch, will be your fastest path towards getting spanked in today’s hyper-competitive landscape.

In this session, I will be showing you how to conduct a proper competitive analysis of your marketplace, as well as how to do a quick SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis of every competitor you come against, which is something that very few recruiters ever do.
