SESSION 2: HOW TO CONDUCT A PROPER COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

Ask your average recruiter or owner who their competitors are and how they stack up, and you'll likely get blank stare, or if they do know who their actual competitors are, they have no idea how good those competitors really are and how they differentiate themselves.

No successful CEO would ever roll into a slowing economy without extensive knowledge of their competitors strengths and weaknesses, and the same applies to us. None of us operate in a vacuum, and if you're even half-ways successful in your niche, I guarantee you someone has done a competitive analysis on you. In this session, I will be showing you how to conduct a proper competitive analysis of your marketplace, as well as how to do a quick SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis of every competitor you come against, which is something that very few recruiters ever do.

SESSION 3: CREATING YOUR VIVID VISION

If you have any desire at all to scale beyond where you're at right now, you'll need a team. Yet, agency owners are notorious for their inability to build teams that are motivated, clear on their goals, and who are ready to face any and all challenges the market throws at them.

The reason why most owners can't consistently rally their troops is that they have no clear goal. Yes, you may have a vision of where you want your firm to be in the future, but does your team? When they close their eyes, can they feel it? Taste it? Hear it? See it?

SESSION 4: BUILDING AN OPERATIONAL MACHINE PART 1
